I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy with two bedside reading lights, but unfortunately, they were noisy. The service was exceptional, with staff being exceedingly friendly and accommodating to our special requests, although it was a bit inconvenient that they closed before 10:00 am. The location was wonderful, especially with access to thermal waters. The dining options were basic and in need of better spreads, but on the bright side, the Thai dishes were excellent.
